Well, that does at least indicate that these LLMs are being trained on the work of actual doctors and that the training is working, since downplaying women’s health issues is something actual doctors do all the time.

Unfortunately, it’s seems to be about as easy to change the bias of an LLM as it is an actual human person, so predictably LLMs aren’t going to save us here.
