what’s the context?
Your demand for a tax reimbursement through décompte annuel (used when you overpaid tax) is only possible if it’s favourable to you. In this case, the sum would’ve been zero more, zero extra.
Do you have any expenses you wanted to declare specifically, i.e. insurances, extraordinary charges etc?
This means with the information you gave them (not sure if you gave them insurance papers etc), they concluded you did not overpay on taxes so you get no refund. Usually the amount is 0 or less than 10€ (that you technically owe to them)
