Ein bisschen Kontext: Vor einem Jahrzehnt habe ich während eines kulturellen Austauschs ein georgisches Mädchen getroffen. Ich bekam eine Notiz von ihr, aber dieser letzte Satz war in Georgian.
Kürzlich habe ich diese Notiz wieder gefunden und war neugierig. Google Lens konnte es nicht übersetzen, es war nur Kauderwelsch, also hoffe ich, dass mir jemand bei einem einfachen Satz helfen kann.

As others have said it says „მე შენ მიყვარხარ“ (me shen miqvarxar) and it means „I love you“ indeed….. you might want to contact her 😅 maybe a new relationship starts!
