Für den Zeitraum vom 24. Januar bis zum 24. März wurden wir von unserem Vermieter fast 2000 Euro für 3 Monate in Rechnung gestellt. Dies steht vor der Miete und Nebrenkosten von fast 200 Euro. Die Einheit hat sich im Vergleich zum Vorjahr mehr als verdoppelt, und unser Verbrauch ist für den vergleichbaren Zeitraum fast gleich. Warum ist das der Fall?

Mind that heating is expensive and the three month period in question is in winter. You pay your estimated heating cost stretched over the year so it evens out.
