For a little more context, over 13,000 civilians killed in Ukraine, 34,000 civilians wounded since Russia invaded according to UN figures. These are minimum certified figures the real numbers believed to be much higher.
In times of war oil refinery is a military target and that person de facto was in the military facility. Stop framing this as „oh they killed a ruzzian civilian“. If they don’t want their oil refinery hit – fuck off Ukraine’s land and do whatever you want.
One civilian hit as collateral, meanwhile Russia double taps with its strikes on civilians so that the emergency responders get hit too.
