      Not surprising considering how much tensions have been rising after Russia shot down one of their civilian airliners.

      Unfortunately, it is 99.9% guaranteed their involvement will stay in „may“ and „reportedly“ category. There’s not a single documented move from Baku that is actually indicating they are moving in that direction. 😑

      Baku is already selling arms to Ukraine, albeit discreetly. Shells made by „Palladium“ company were sighted in the Ukrainian photos a long time ago.
