IMO He has been walking among us freely, with a new reconstructed face, reading the news about his evil deeds and probably still harming innocent children because he is a monster who enjoys watching suffering. He has the goods on all the high level politicians and billonaires so he probably associates with them openly since they cannot afford to remove him or he will release tapes and photos of their crimes.
