Yeah, Putin will promise a bunch of things, Trump will waste a month with no signs of progress and then Trump will move back onto something else.
I honestly think Trumps decision to talk with Kim was a smart one, talking at least once is good. But this is totally pointless.
There has never been much to come out of talking to a terrorist state. Putin could stop invading Ukraine any time he wanted. Spoiler… he doesn’t want to stop. Punishing Putin more is probably the only way to end this.
