

Nachdem ich mich bei SBB in meinem Konto angemeldet hatte, änderte sich der Preis auf fast das Doppel. Ich habe trotzdem das Ticket bekommen, weil ich einen Freund treffe, den ich seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr gesehen habe.
Hat jemand das gleiche erlebt? Ist das überhaupt legal?
Ich habe die Halb-Tax abo.

the price that is displayed by default is for halb-tax. if you logged in and it shows double the price thats because you setup a traveler in your account without halb-tax.

No. The price is „ab“. So starting from. We don’t see what ticket did you exactly buy. I guess a return saver ticket without halbtax. The normal non-saver half fare price one way is 26.50.
The first picture Display the cheapest possible ticket . The second one the ticket you have selected. For been it will use the Streckenbillet as default that also includes some local ÖV ticket. You can change this to ÖV for only been city or only Zürich City which reduces it down to 27.40 again.
All of this is clearly displayed in the app and on the website!

The cheapest price is the supersaver ticket which you clearly did not choose.
