      First rule of international law (unspoken) is you do not put out a hit on the ruler of another sovereign state. Why? Because then all bets are off and everyone will put out hits on all the other leaders. But trump and his team of proudly ignorants know nothing about this, of course. And they are somehow so sure no one could knock them off – or put a bounty on their heads.
