You call the number, tell then your rental number, the location number and they send a signal to the box to open a door where your keys are. I’d keep trying the number, but if it doesn’t work then you may have to look online for a number.
You ask Avis, Hertz or Europcar if they have a number or if they can call.
Worked there for a year and someone had the same problem (back then if was a different company), I called and they answered after a few rings. I wasn’t busy and wanted to help.
