This Autumn I’m going to focus on Batch cooking whole foods to try combat how ridiculous this grocery inflation has become.
Wasn’t there an article earlier today that said „no evidence of price gouging by supermarkets, competition watchdog finds“?

Article is paywalled for me so not sure if it speaks to this, but there is a fairly substantial export market for our beef and dairy that I imagine is having a knock on impact on supply – why would ABP sell to Tesco/Aldi/Dunnes at €5/kg when they can get €8/kg overseas (figures just for illustration I don’t know what Irish beef is making at market).
