Great news.
If everyone has to live far away from the places of socialisation then it becomes more convenient to eat earlier after work than try go home and then come all the way back.
I only eat early bird because it’s cheaper and I like to be home earlier. If the places I go to stopped serving them, I wouldn’t go to them.
I appreciate the cost prices of everything has gone, but my wages haven’t.
It makes sense! Have a booking for 8pm with friends, might mean that people won’t order until 8.15 or later by the time food comes it will be close to 9pm and then you’ll be saying hello to indigestion and reflux.
Dinner booking 6pm or 6:30pm is ideal. Have dinner at an Irish dinner time
The government should make the whole country an early bird zone.
„People want cheaper food“ shock
It’s also because the city is so anti older people and children. Theres no large spaces for different ages to mix, cafe culture, if you are older you feel you need to flee the city centre after a certain time. Also suburban sprawl, not building up and having mixed ages of people living in the city centre and proper urban spaces for people.
