Well yeah, it was a known fact for like many years now.

By the way, there is more and more talk here in Hungary about Orbán’s deteriorating psychiatric condition. They say that you can’t diagnose someone with psychopathy without being a trained expert and sitting down with who you examine, but in the case of Orbán, it is painfully obvious that he’s a legitimate narcissistic psychopath. Combine this with the fact that his public appearances, his speeches and his decisions had been becoming more and more, shall we say, concerning throughout the past five years.
