Why can’t we just end gerrymandering? In any sane country, people could devise a minor change in the constitution to ensure gerrymandering is either banned or non beneficial.

Reminder that Democrats introduced HR 1 – the “For the People Act” – that would have banned all partisan gerrymandering nationwide. All Democrats voted for it and all Republicans voted against it.
