OK so I feel like this is a bit disingenuous. The jews we see today are not the same genetics as the jews of Jesus time. They are a group of people made up of many ethnicities that have been chased around the world for thousands of years. Genetics changed on average because of this. Remember only the mother has to be a jew for the child to be considered one – the father can be white, black, Arab etc.
The you have all the jews from Europe(that for hundred of years had been breeding with non Jewish Europeans) that left for Israel when it’s borders were declared.
You can still find very Arab looking jews just by the way…

I’ve been to Israeli cafes before in the USA
The only thing I recommend is their smoked salmon and bagels.
I’ve tried their attempts at middle eastern cuisines, mediocre at best.
