Hallo, ich bekam in den letzten Wochen ein paar Betrugsanrufe, die ich nicht antwortete. Sie rief jeden Tag für ungefähr fünf Mal an, als ich eine Nummer blockierte, die sie versuchten, mich von einer anderen Nummer anzurufen. Dann habe ich diese Mail bekommen, ich habe online gelesen, dass dieser Prima Strom ein Betrug ist. Und zweitens lebe ich in einem WG, wo ich warmische Miete bezahle, also macht das überhaupt keinen Sinn. Soll ich die Post zu diesem Zeitpunkt einfach ignorieren? Danke schön!

Is there the Zählernummer on the letter? Could be one of these cow boy companies that try to switch your provider without consent.
Also If you pay warm rent it doesn’t mean you have no meter or Nebenkosten. Or do you mean you pay electricity by pauschale, and that you do not have a separate Zähler (Meter)?
You should ignore it. I heard from my colleague that there are many scams going on where people with knock on your door to pitch a new energy plan or leave such letters. In any case as you stay in a WG this isn’t your concern.
I do t know primastrom, but this letter is just an offer (bad marketing makes it looks like it is something urgent, such stuff is common these days unfortunately).
If you want to change electricity provider go to check24.de or verivox.de
There are already suits against them ongoing.

There isn’t anything so important that it can’t be discussed via letter. If it’s urgent, they should try to ring the doorbell.
But this »we don’t tell you anything, but you must call us« sounds a lot like: They want you to contact them, because unsolicited calls to sell you stuff are more or less illegal.
This is NOT cheap. Ignore
