    1. Are they stopping IDF soldiers involved in genocide too?

Trick question, of course they aren’t.

As an Arab and an ex Muslim (from Egypt) this is such a shocked Pikachu moment.

Polls consistently show the majority in countries like Egypt, Syria, Palestine, Jordan and others want Sharia, want death for homosexuals, want death for apostates etc…

If this is what you want for your country then by all means. But to let them in and then act surprised when their values contradict your own is just ridiculous.

As someone who is considered an apostate I personally believe far more vetting is needed.

Edit: someone said I made up the stats so here is a [pew poll](https://www.pewresearch.org/religion/2013/04/30/the-worlds-muslims-religion-politics-society-beliefs-about-sharia/)

      >Favor making Sharia the law of the land – 89% in Palestine, 74% in Egypt, 71% in Jordan.

      >Favor the death penalty for anyone who leaves Islam – 86% in Egypt, 82% in Jordan, 66% in Palestine.

All ‚enhanced screening‘ will do is filter out the ones who don’t post their opinions on social media. They are seriously naive and ignorant if they believe these are not *completely mainstream* views for Gazans, and indeed most of the Arab world.

    4. Do they really expect people from Gaza to love Jews? Or do they also screen Israelis over anti Arab content?

    5. Casual-Speedrunner-7 on

France shouldn’t do collective punishment on the Palestinians just because of one bad apple.

I imagine having your community destroyed and seeing families wiped out in bombings and children starving to death might possibly make you hate the group that you see as responsible. We can only hope that we’ll stay magnanimous and take the high road if we are subject to such extreme deprivations.

Your post history is truly baffling, it seems you are a one-man 24-hour news cycle, you love fearmongering, its very unsettling.

I don’t understand how this is even newsworthy: how many Israeli’s come to Europe to chant „death to Arabs, the schools are empty in Gaza“? I read your reply below claiming all Gazans want Sharia or whatever, even if that was true, that cannot be used as a justification to GENOCIDE them. Ironically, as an anti-immigrant right wing guy, your opinions align more with a Sharia guy. That doesn’t mean someone gets to bomb your house. I dont know if you are a psyop or a real human being obsessed with spamming every sub with fearmonger content, if you are a human being (which I highly doubt), please watch this: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnYGhKVscjQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnYGhKVscjQ)

Expecting a Gazan to be neutral to Israeli’s is the same as expecting an holocaust survivor to be neutral to Germans. It’s impossible. You expect things from these people you yourself aren’t capable of, and then use it to dehumanize them.

Edit: Thank you for all your amazing responses and rebuttals, so far there is only one guy calling me a woke triggered or whatever despite the dislike spam. You guys sure are not stuck in your little hugboxes and can state your very well structured opinions. Keep getting cooked by these fearmongering bots, it’s just the Zionust version of the Russian bots you always talk about.

I mean, what did they think was gonna happen if they let people from there in?

Oh I guess we can’t save those kids from ethnic cleansing because one of them’s prejudiced. Oh well

This insane. How many people will be left to die over the action of single person? Should we ban Germans if one german tourist was a neo-nazi?

If you bring in students from a place that’s been bombed, starved, and occupied by a state that claims to represent the Jews, don’t be shocked if some of them carry anger, even misdirected anger. It’s condemnable, but it’s human.
The answer isn’t to punish all of them. It’s to make them realize it’s wrong, educate them, and help channel that pain into something constructive.
Otherwise, be honest and just say they’re not welcome. But don’t pretend it’s about values if your values stop at empathy, because that’s not surprising. It’s to be expected, if you didn’t expect it, then you’re out of this world

It’s also hypocritical. Some Europeans would beat the shit out of a Russian if they stumbled upon him, because of what Russia has done to their countries or grandparents in the past. But apparently, that’s not savage. It’s “civilised” hate

Also, who gives a shit about bringing in students? The real solution is to give them the chance to live decently in their own country by stopping arms trade and the Israeli-planned starvation of the population

    13. OP you said:

      > As an Arab and an ex Muslim (from Egypt)

Why should anyone who has looked at your post history believe that?

    14. CatEyePorygon on

France (and other virtue signaling countries) should seriously stop acting as holier than thou when it comes to common sense warnings, because its getting tiresome when they act shocked once reality slaps them across the face.

    15. ifkidsrantheairport on

This is like being surprised a 1950s Jew made anti German comments…

    16. Worldly_Rest_4888 on

If we can’t trust Muslims or ex Muslims for that matter due to their use taqiya, hmm was Donald Trump wrong for wanting a blanket ban on all of them? 🤷🏽‍♂️ seems like the only way to protect your self from them is to not let them in at all.

    17. Sharp_Fly3312 on

I don’t agree with what the student posted at all, but is it any surprise that someone might act irrationally when their family are being blown to bits?

Like, ffs, France has been pretty supportive of what Israel are doing to Gaza. I’m still kind of shocked by how they brutalized so much of the Muslim world, but have the audacity now to complain about Muslims coming to their country.

    18. Boiling_warm on

      >including an image of Adolf Hitler and words appearing to call for the death of Jews.

      Yea, that’ll do it

    19. Supporting the general human dignity of Gazans/Palestinians (Syrians, Iraqis, Afghani, Pakistani, etc) and saying “we don’t want them here because their worldview is wholly incompatible with ours” shouldn’t be mutually exclusive things. The left needs to address this in a more honest way.

Otherwise we continue to get these lunatic far right politicians popping up every 5 seconds.

    20. Take them all in Europe, you’re supposed to be the good guys. Stop acting like war criminals

    21. Next breaking news: Ukrainian asylum seekers post „antirussitic” posts. Shocking!

    22. SnooLobsters8922 on

Oh wow, the sense of priority in this.

      One student posts antisemitic shit

      — ALL other students left in a war zone, indefinitely.

This is one horrific demonstration of power from the French government, cruel in its disproportionate measure and full of virtue signaling.

    23. Problem is that would be difficult to filter millions people to fond the good ones.

So or we accept to import a lot of persons that want to destroy Europe from inside, or we accept no one.

    24. Guy who has spent his entire life being subjected to the brutality of settler colonials, who has only met jewish people when they were oppressing him and his people, whose starving people are currently being shot at while they’re trying to take food home to their children, has negative opinions about jews. Shocker.

It’s ok to support a genocide but saying the people are bad that are committing the genocide isn’t allowed. This is probably the worst time in modern human history

    29. As a Canadian, its hilarious to see Europeans continously touch the stove while its hot, get burnt, and act surprised

In case you didn’t get it, continously touching the stove is bringing in Muslims from the Middle East and getting burnt is realizing they are not sharing your cultural values

And then you guys act shocked that parties like AFD or Reform get popular

Don’t worry though, us Canadians are going down same path
