    1. According to the Sign you parked at a P+R Space, which stands for park and Ride. Those spaces are mostly around bigger tram stations. They are not meant for parking for multiple days

it says that you are not supposed to park there for longer time and that you should move your car, otherwise they will damage it.

    3. (P+R) indicates a park and ride, is your parking spot close to a train station? You might have missed some signs.

Otherwise it also sounds kind of threatening

Without any pictures of the location, I would wager you did not park incorrectly. However, you have parked in a spot where someone else is used to park their car.
Your car has to be road legal and in ready to drive state (no flat tires, etc.) and cannot leak fluids. If that criteria is met, you can park there indefinitely or until one of the criteria is not met anymore.

EDIT: If you are bored and got time on your hands, you can probably use the OnlineWache (police webiste) to report a threat. They will not spring into action, but you have preemptively reported it in case the person posting this page decides to take illegal action.
I would write „Polizei ist informiert“ in waterproof marker onto the paper and keep it there, if I was planning to keep parking there.

    5. Nothing, that could be determined by those pictures. Sounds like a pensioneer with too much time to me.

No, it just seems some random person is annoyed that you are taking the parking lot.
You should check if there are any limitations for the parking lot which you might have missed. But if there aren’t any (which seems so) you did nothing wrong

You probably did not do something wrong. He/She is just pissed you are taking up a public parking space with a vehicle you are rarely driving.
IMO it’s a plaque that everyone assumes they can park their private fun mobiles on public ground.
If you do not have a private parking space for it you do not have the means to own an recreational car

    8. This is not an official warning or a parking violation ticket. It looks like you parked outside someone’s house or business in a space they usually use. Most likely they are fed up with random people parking there so they’ve printed these warnings.

If the place you parked on is a public highway and there are no other restrictions then you have as much right to park there as anyone.

    9. If it is a 7.5t it might in fact be not allowed to park it in a public space 🤨.

If if weighs above 2.8t you are not allowed to park on the walkways

Someone is upset that you parked there longer than what they thought is acceptable. No mention of any „Verbot“. That it ends with „this is an imputence/impertinence/outrage“ tells me that it is from a private person, not an authority. Some busybody.

Write an answer with an edding on the paper: „You damage it, I damage you. Sincerely Yuri“

printing out your complaint and putting it in a plastic sleeve is one of the most German things ever

      > … müssen sie mit größeren Schäden rechnen.

Call the police and tell them to look for prints on that sign (I hope they’d be willing to do that). If someone messes with your car it was most likely the person who did this.

Not legally. But it is very annoying when people misuse public parking as long-term parking for RVs etc. so I get why people are upset

Please keep a close watch over your car! Someone once loosened the tires on my coworkers car because he took „someone’s spot“

Is that area you parked in maybe somewhat close to the airport in Frankfurt? Or maybe close to a train station that has a direct train to Frankfurt/the airport there?
I have read that a lot of areas around the Frankfurt Airport are having trouble with people parking along the streets and free parking lots and then take to the airport and thereby the avoid the expensive fees for parking in official parking lots for the airport. The people living in these areas are getting really fed up because they now have a lot of trouble finding a parking spot close to their homes. A few cars have even been damaged by frustrated residents.
Maybe whoever put that paper on your car was one of these fed up people?

    17. Do you have a dashcam with 24/7 parking recording and two lenses front/rear? Because I am concerned about the threat to damage your car.

    18. He says that this is not parking and resting. He thinks you are camping there. If you do not use this as a camping place, and just park your vehicle there, then you did nothing wrong.

Also, he is threatening to damage your car, might want to have an eye on that.

    19. I think many people nowadays live in vans and those kind of block the parking spaces cause they are quite big. To me that’s a bit annoying cause they should get a hotel like a normal person / tourist and not block the parking spaces which are very sparse. But I don’t write them letters. I just think it’s a bad habit. People love freedom but rarely think how it affects others. At least they don’t stay forever. Just a few weeks usually
