Während ich nicht dort war, entfernte mein Nachbar den Zaun zwischen unseren beiden Grundstücken und baute bis zur Grenze, sie haben ein Fenster, eine Belüftung und Stromkabel in meinem Land sowie ein überhängendes Dach.
Weiß jemand, ob das, was er getan hat, legal ist und ob ich sie dazu bringen kann, das Fenster zu schließen und die Belüftung und Verkabelung umzuleiten? In vielen Gerichtsbarkeiten wäre das, was sie getan haben, illegal gewesen, aber ich versuche herauszufinden, ob dies in Armenien der Fall ist und ob ich hier einen Rückgriff habe.
Gibt es etwas, das mich daran hindert, sich direkt gegen die Wand zu bauen und ihr Fenster/Belüftung vollständig zu blockieren?
Ich bin ziemlich verärgert, um es gelinde auszudrücken.

As long as I recall, a window closer than 3 (?) meters from the fence requires written permission from the neighbor. Any architect should be able to clarify.
Not really sure about the legality, but usually if there is a wall inbetween the buildings that can be built on either side have to keep a certain amount of distance from it, usually you are not allowed to build anything on the border directly. Might be a good idea to consult with the town hall, they’d explain things in more detail, because if this was something small built on the border without your consent I am 100% you could make the neighbour remove it, but because as far as I understand this is their house and they probably live there, it is not so simple.
I don’t expect them to remove their house, but the window and ventilation will definitely have to go if I can help it.
He shouldn’t have been able to build in the first place, how did they get approval to construct the house on the fence?
