      Trump doesn’t understand that even if he fires Pam Bondi, that does not make the Epstein files issue go away. The country will still demand a client list, and we’ll just pressure whoever takes Bondi’s place.

      I would think that Pam Bondi knew that this job would effectively come at the cost of her law career, legacy, and anything she had that resembled integrity. 

      But she’s not stupid. These days, you get a job in conservative government so you can eventually work at Fox News and you get a job at Fox News so you can eventually work in conservative government.

      It’s kinda weird that he hasn’t already done it. That is one difference from his first administration where he fired people every 5 minutes. He has been remarkably loyal (*so far*) to people in this administration. Musk is a different situation entirely.)

      I mean Bondi actually created a good deal of this mess herself, with no real excuse, so it is shocking that he didn’t fire her within the first week.

      She will be completely blindsided. Even though Trump has cheated, back stabbed, and hung out to dry every single person thats worked for him…she will still be flabbergasted. Look at everything Musk did for Trump, and all the money he spent. And where did it get him, Trump mispronounced his products name and made Elon one of the most hated people on the planet.       People would rather deny reality till their faces are blue than accept the fact that the President is a lying pedo with ties to Russian organized crime and intelligence operations. Just ask his wife and old pal Epstein’s ghost.

      Won’t be believable since all know Trump personally bosses the DOJ around. You think Trump never had that file delivered to his desk after his 2016 win? I don’t get how MAGA doesn’t get that as a matter of fact. They think he won’t/couldn’t, even after we all saw what he did with Government files after he lost in 2020.

      Just think how mind numbingly stupid you have to be to try to pass that video off as raw unedited footage. It changes aspect ratios, had a cursor in it, and still had all the contradicting metadata in it for fuck’s sake. Someone tried to hide the biggest crime of the century with a 7-day trial Adobe subscription and a few hours learning how to edit video on YouTube.

      I get the comparison but I’m not sure it holds up. Pam Bondi has seen the FBI’s information on Trump, he can’t just obliterate her career or toss her away. 

      He’s got to maintain a juggling act of getting Ghislaine Maxwell out of prison before she talks, and keeping Pam Bondi happy to keep her from talking. Meanwhile more and more people will need to be brought into an expanding circle of silence to try and keep the coverup going, until someone inevitably talks. 

      I think they might have been able to drag things out indefinitely for four years and covered things up once interest died down, but trying to shut it down this way has really screwed Trump.
