Duh.
PA is giving out some big promises like candy. So much so, I think most Israel supporters in Canada do not have a problem with recognition if those promises are achieved.
Most of us support a two state solution anyway. I could hope for nothing more than a functional Palestinian state free of terror that will exist side by side in peace with Israel.
It’s been happening since 1994 and the Palestinian Authority has consistently refused to make even the smallest steps towards eradicating terrorism or developing democracy in its territory.
