Of course they do. Because their pathetic military can’t make any progress on the front lines, so they have to resort to these petty terror acts. But knowing them they find pride and joy from hitting children hospitals and schools. EU is not doing enough to save Ukranian lives. US is not doing enough to save Ukranian lives.
