Also kaufte ich einen Impact -Schraubenschlüssel von Galaxus. Bei der Ankunft war es tot, kurz und tötete meine Batterie (Wert CHF 80). Galaxus übernahm sein fehlerhaftes Produkt zurück, übernimmt jedoch nicht die Verantwortung für die, die sie verursachten. (Welches wäre die Norm in den EU -Ländern) Was kann ich tun? Kontakt leghtshutz oder ist der Wert zu niedrig? Auch übrigens würde ich es vermeiden, bei Galaxus zu kaufen, in Fällen, in denen ihre Produkte mit allem, was Sie zuvor besitzen, interpretieren.

I don’t think that it works anywhere in the world like that (not in Europe, not in US, not in Japan).
Galaxus/Digitec was always a shitty company. I avoid them since years. Try Brack. Especially their customer support is really great.
