      When an officer lies on the arrest affidavit, and gets caught in that lie due to multiple videos of the event … one has to ask. Has that officer been charged? Filing a false report. Perjury. False arrest. I would expect a litany of charges. Then, is that officer fired, and enjoined from future police employment?

      Seems like a professional and ethical police force would be held to reasonable standards….

      ICE was lying in attempt to send innocent Americans to prison for years. Let that sink in. We are living under the oppression of a corrupt regime.

      It’s negative feedback loop. iCE and generally speaking, law enforcement, is taking the „we’ll fix it in post“ approach to arresting people.

      Arrest people, get them off the street, and let the chaos of the courts figure it out and at no expense to the officer.

      We live in a society where individuals are expected to follow every law, every nuance, every instruction.

      Yet law enforcement at every level – from local cops, to governors, to federal law enforcement, to the President himself – is exempt from event a pretense of following any law whatesoever.

      Why should the *individual* have to obey laws if the structures and agents of *law itself* don’t have to?
