It was clearly his caddy throwing a ball down to “improve his lie”. I’m wondering if Trump even knew where his ball was in the first place. Was golfing with my dad and some of his bar buddies about 20 years ago (he passed in 2018). I’m not much of a golfer but while we were walking up to the other pair in our group, we caught one of them changing their lie.
Dad just looked at me and said, “anybody who cheats at golf can’t be trusted.”, groaned, and told his friend to put it back.
