      There are debates on whether they hit the casino or a mortar team said to have taken position right behind it. From what I’ve seen it looks like the round is actually hitting in the back?

      This is actually one of the flash points of why the conflict turned hot. There are a lot of casinos on the border as gambling is technically illegal in thailand, so thousands cross the boarder to gamble from Thailand daily. The current thai government tried to introduce legislation to allow gambling in special zones and thus cutting down a huge amount of income to Cambodia. The thai government have withdrawn the legislation because they have lost their majority in parliament recently.
