      This is the correct course of action,

      Bring down Ruzzia and its regime and start again hopefully with something a bit more palatable.

      This will have to involve actually observe sanctions. US chip makers still sell and they know where chips go. Like yeah, Kyrgyzstan suddenly increased chip imports 1000% and Intel is happily selling…

      And then put real pressure on China.
