Sadly none of this will matter unless sane Americans can actually take control of their country and oust the criminals office….. I wouldn’t hold your breath, the stupidity of conservative voters far outweighs their desire to actually better the country.

His name is all over all of the Epstein files. Because trump was a client of Epstein’s. Doesn’t take a genius to put the two together. You don’t need epstein to have spelled it out in his diary. We may never have enough evidence to convict trump in a court of law. But we have more than enough to conclude in the court of public opinion. Anyone who insists trump is innocent is full of shit. They know what he did. They just don’t care because he’s giving them a tax break and locking up brown people.

Few years ago I would have believed this level of corruption to be a deal breaker for ANYONE. Not under that illusion anymore.

At this point, there’s no doubt that Trump is a pedophile. He was best friends with Epstein for over a decade, they hunted women together and were even sued for raping a 13-year-old. His behavior since then clearly shows guilt: from trying to suppress discussion, to calling the files fake and a hoax, to reportedly considering a pardon for Maxwell. That alone makes it obvious. Also, don’t forget that Trump appointed his personal lawyer as Deputy Attorney General—the same person meeting with Maxwell and her lawyer, who just happens to be a close friend of Trump’s attorney. This is a cover-up in plain sight.
The whataboutism cries in the conservative subs have hit fever pitch. It’s crazy. It took longer than usual but the base is getting in line behind this.
There’s no bottom to the depths of maga, and there’s no mechanism to hold trump accountable. Now he’s talking about pardoning Maxwell?
It’ll all be over next week when Trump drip feeds 10 names (which Ghislaine just gave up on condition of a later stealth pardon) per day over 20 days.

We have always known he’s in the files. . We’ve always known they were long term friends. We know Trump has admitted to abusing women, spying on underage girls, the rape allegations.
Isn’t this all just treading over very old and well worn ground?
What’s next? Are we going to start talking about how Trump laundered money for Russian crime groups or takes bribes ?

3) Even if every single piece of evidence and information regarding Epstein was released, Trump’s cult will not believe it

Maxwell will cover for trump and get a pardon in return. Fox News is already working on her redemption arc narrative to give trump justification for her pardon.
We have known all of this for years.
I like to read these posts for laughs. If there was any suggestion that Trump was working with Epstein — and there was any evidence of that — it all would have been leaked prior to the last election. Women would have been paid to talk in the press, billion dollar lawsuits would have been filed, and press conferences would have been held with weeping victims.
Epstein had contact with hundreds of politicians and celebrities prior to his major bust in Florida in 2006-2007. Clinton flew on his private plane 30+ times. The former governor of New Mexico is implicated. George Mitchell, the guy who investigated steroids in baseball, is implicated. Matt Groening, the creator of the Simpsons, is implicated. Rumors swirl about Bill Gates. Even the grand-daughter of Jacques Cousteau is implicated.
After Epstein’s first bust, most of these „friends“ turned their backs on him. Now maybe somewhere, in some closet, there’s a video of Trump with some young girl. But I doubt it. The incentives were too high prior to the election. Why would you wait until AFTER the election to stir all of this up? The Biden-Harris people would have leaked it, and they had four years to find the dirt.
The obvious answer is, both sides have rich old guys who are tied up in this thing, and both sides are PRETENDING they want transparency when they really don’t. None of them REALLY want the files released. That’s why they say, „We demand that all files naming Trump be released!“ You might as well say, „Keep hold of everything that names us, and release the rest!“
It’s kind of pitiful to see people on the left succumbing to all the same QAnon, „Pizzagate“ type thinking that infected idiots on the right.
I get that you want something bad to happen to Donald Trump. You’ve only got 3 more years, then you can forget about him forever. Focus on nominating a good candidate, get rid of the wacky ideas, focus on middle-class economics, and you’ll be fine.
We’ve known this for over a decade. They were friends, they had friends in common, they had similar interests, Trump is a convicted rapist and self-professed sexual abuser. None of this is news to anyone who has been paying attention.
The best is is that all of this existed before. The only difference is Trump is scrambling.
Any adult who supported him needs some deep reconciliation with how they get their information if they were unaware of how much of a piece of shit he is until now. They helped elect a convicted felon, an adjudicated rapist, and an alleged pedophile. Every one of those titles existed before the election.

I wish I could be that optimistic, but after seeing maga select him again, I think they’ll find a way to compartmentalize it and explain it away. Nothing seems to stick, no matter how toxic it’d be to anyone else regardless of party.
It’s depressing. Trump doesn’t differentiate between people, policy and approach that he’s against instinctively because Biden or Obama favored them. So now we’re anti-science and anti common-sense climate action, just because Biden or Obama would have been pro.
I hope I’m wrong and not giving maga enough credit, but I have so little faith in their North Star beliefs. I don’t think they have any.
