It’s a Catch-22 for both Trump and Maxwell. If he pardons her, she can’t really plead the 5th in Congressional hearings almost sure to ensue… and she’s left open to charges of perjury, for which she’s already shown a proclivity. I don’t think this ends well for her. Not that it should, she’s a repulsive character.
