      Cambodia choosing to go to war against Thailand is like if Ukraine chose to go to war against Russia.

      Thailand has much better infrastructure on its side. Decisively so

      Cambodia’s infrastructure closer to the Thai border is nowhere near as good. They don’t have the ability to make such rapid movements and adjustments along the battlefront as Thailand does. Their ability to move mechanized units forward is severely limited

      Any significant advance they try to make could be quickly countered. And they are open for counter attacks that they will not be able to adjust against fast enough

      Thailand also has triple the number of military service personnel. Much better and more modern hardware. Without significant military and troop support for Cambodia there’s no way they could win this

      First Ukraine, then the Middle East (again), then Northern Africa, then India Pakistan, and now Thailand and Cambodia. I think next may be either the koreas, China-Taiwan, or something else.

      In my experience, it’d be something like „wtf are you doing? Trying to get seen out here troop? Unfuck your kit,“ If those were rolled over in broad daylight.
