In case you guys are wondering. Bas is likely the same guy from that one sniper video. The corporal in this video is the same one recording the sniper.

I have to say the comparison between the basic competencies of the Thai vs Cambodian militaries is stark. The Thai’s just do the basics well. Talking them onto target, using their compass to give accurate bearings. Sounds like simple stuff but it’s what makes the difference between a professional swept-up force and an untrained mob.
