idk why part-time is forbidden in contract if you’re a full-time worker. is there anything wrong with getting a legal side hustle?
im also a full-time worker but want to do some side hustles but even „freelancing“ is in a grey area if you’re in Japan.
This is so infuriating and stupid… He took that part time job to survive, because of the stupid rules his main job wasn’t enough anymore. If they didn’t want him to have another job they shouldn’t have cut his salary
What’s crazy is that it won’t lead to call for pay raise.
