Sympathise a lot with the family here. That sentence must feel like an absolute kick to the teeth. Not sure how it works in Spain, but I hope the prosecution successfully appeals this.
It’s not sufficient but one thought that comes up is at least the c*** was convicted, that’s the starting point.
Always the chance it’ll be increased on appeal or something bad will happen to him in prison.
Life should mean life.
