As much as I hate to say it, it’s impossible to tell for sure from that footage. It could also be the guy he hired for maintenance work on the island who just so happened to serve an ulterior purpose as a body double.
There is other footage of the white-haired man on the island in the unedited footage on rumble but this is the only frame that shows his face.
I still believe that he isn’t actually dead. Showing his face as they rolled him out of the prison on a gurney was suspicious because it’s generally not considered appropriate to expose an actual dead body to the public.
Also, if Julian Assange has a “dead man’s switch” as insurance to protect himself from assassination as an investigative journalist and whistleblower, you can bet your bottom dollar that a professional blackmailer of the elite would have one too.
The problem I have with this is the same problem I have with the conspiracy that a school shooting where dozens of kids died was fake. The logistics of keeping these people living a secret is insane. There are so many links in the chain that could expose the cover up, and for what? What value does he have now? His financing, connection, and pedo work all revolve around him being in contact with people. It’s not like he was some genius tax savant. Him being dead is a thousand times more valuable to the powerful than keeping him alive.
The ONLY possible reason would be Trump’s personal connection. And I mean personal. Epstein was on camera saying that Trump and him were besties for over 10 years, the decades of photos of them together, and the recent pedo-bromance birthday card that was exposed all paint a picture that they were extremely close. That combined with Trump’s complete incompetence wouldn’t make it impossible to believe he would risk everything just to keep him alive. I would need more than drone footage of an old guy to humor that though.
This doesn’t make sense – putting one of the most high profile criminals in “witness protection” and then immediately relocating him to the notorious island he committed these crimes at doesn’t pass the sniff test. I do think he’s alive somewhere though
It’s so much easier to have someone problematic DIE (somehow) than trusting that their globally recognizable face will be successfully shielded from all humans for the rest of time.
And if a private security force of Epstein’s engineered the “suicide”/escape, the US government would have him hunted down and eliminated in a week.
(That being said- I really can’t account for the drastically different looking ears and nose in that photo. I’ll admit it defies logic.)

Very interesting there was a Google drive released very recently of this same drones footage BUT THE STILL FROM THIS ENCOUNTER WAS MISSING. I know because I saw this clip and the still awhile ago but it was disappeared. I’m glad someone else thought to save it.
