Zafar clearly didn’t get how the system worked.

As an AS he is placed in a building to live. If he leaves the building for long without approval (like staying overnight elsewhere for instance) he loses his spot and it gets noted during his processing.

Zafar was pretty fucked either way.

Should have his application denied in both countries and be sent straight back to Afghanistan.
