Früher war ich schon eine ganze Weile von Ikebana besessen, aber jetzt habe ich das Gefühl, dass Aalto -Vase angesichts ihrer rhythmischen Kämme und der Geräumigkeit für die Blumen mehr Vitalität verleiht.

Really well styled!
Never before been a fan of them from any I’ve seen to be honest. Usually just lazily plopped wherever just to own one.
What are the flowers?
My feeling is few Finns buy them for themselves. Rather they tend to come as gifts from your aunt, the mother-in-law, etc.
I keep them visible in unobtrusive places, for the bit of social capital they grant when the gift-giver comes for another visit.
