No. There is absolutely no reason whatever to take money from Canadians or cut spending on something else to have a state-run version of something the market already efficiently provides just so communists can play house.

I think its a terrible idea , there’s far less complicated ways the public sector could help with out getting involved in selling groceries.

BC government liquor stores are cheaper than private liquor stores and still make a profit even though the private liquor stores have non-unionized employees.
