Why are Bedouin tribes fighting the Druzes tho ? Is it really just an ethnic cleansing type stuff ?
I haven’t done any research and only read Reddit comments but From what I’ve gathered so far is there are two main ethnic? Or religious? Groups in southern Syria the Druze and the Bedouin, some Druze fought for/with Assad, im assuming the Bedouin and Druze have a history of fighting but after the government collapsed a rich and presumably famous Druze man got robbed by a group of Bedouins, a groups of Druze responded by kidnapping a famous or rich Bedouin and then artillery shelling started and kicked a conflict off.
This one I just read and will have to do more research about but some Israeli government officials are part Druze and have extended the DMZ in southern Syria to include Druze areas, this prevents Syrias new government from being able to assist in the fight against the Druze. Im not sure if they are directly helping with air strikes.
I never understand this shit, even with no real military training you’d think most people would have at least an ounce of self preservation, even just taking cover or actually using the sights lol

As a general rule, if you have no combat training you should try to avoid engaging in combat.
Very little folks from both side have any combat training, both sides are just tribal/ethnic militias. Few days ago we had videos of the Druze spraying’n’praying their machine guns towards the general vicinity of absolutely noone.
