      The suit will be dropped right as the case gets to discovery.

      That doesn’t mean he can’t blow our tax dollars and waste the DOJ’s time on publicity stunts in the meantime, though.

      Not a lawyer, but isn’t suing them for libel like the worst thing you could if something „IS“ true. Because then all they have to do is prove the picture and book exist to get out of it? Or is he just hoping the threat alone will shut them up?

      Can we PLEASE all agree that every news organization should go hard on this story and see how intimidating it is when he tries to sue them all?? He tries to scare them into silence and the only remedy to to tell him to eat shit and shine the brightest light imaginable on his crimes.

      I read on another sub that he wanted to sue AOC for calling him a rapist but he shut the fuck up pretty quickly after his lawyers told him the Epstein files would be part of discovery and that he’d have to testify about Epstein under oath and if that story is true at all, then I’m here for it.

      The WSJ most definitely knew this was gonna be Trump’s retaliation. My guess is that they have way more than they’ve published, and will soon drop some more bombshells about Trump and Epstein that’ll irrefutably render Trump’s lawsuit null and void.

      I can’t believe that the WSJ would publish something that their own lawyers most certainly approved. The source would have to be rock solid and the authenticity beyond reproach.
