How about ‚hey, we’re really sorry your shoddy leadership helped contribute to a good chunk of our town burning down‘?
It isn’t surprising. Many conservative leaders are now flirting with totalitarianism and can’t accept any criticism

How about:
“I’m sorry that you’re a sad excuse of a premier. I’m sorry you feel that you should be able to do whatever you want, regardless of who it harms. I’m sorry you felt the need to change your name, but want to take that ability away from others.”
Honestly if you’re in a position like the one she’s in and you take criticism of government action so personally it’s basically a tell that you know you are negligent.
