Als begeisterter Buchleser sind dies wirklich traurige Nachrichten. Eine schöne Buchhandlung wird im Namen von Geschäft und Gewinn herausgedrängt. Ein echter Verlust für Helsinkis Buchszene. Hoffentlich gibt es Petitionen oder öffentliche Druck, dies zu stoppen.

Private business is nothing but business and profit.
There’s still akateeminen kirjakauppa, suomalainen kirjakauppa and from online adlibris and things like that. Of course also the big library. While it’s sad to see a shop go out of business I think bookworms have options left.
This is sad news, Rosebud is really solid bookshop. And on university property at that.
What an absolute shame. Mark my words we will see an Espresso house or Normal pop up there next year
Well, they said that they are starting looking for new premises, this should not be too difficult in Helsinki.
