The first time usually is a one off. It’s the second third and fourth that becomes the issue.

It’s no wonder these types continue to act violent seeing as they get off with a slap on the wrist.

    3. Our country is a total joke. How do you claim asylum from Albania in the first place??

Yes he beat a man within an inch of his life, spent 30 months in jail and has a 10 year restraining order but as the judge points out, he can paint a skirting board so he’s a valuable asset to this country apparently. If you can slap a bit of matt gloss on a wall then you’re clearly safe to be around others.

      >>He is self employed as a painter and decorator and a number of glowing testimonials from satisfied customers were provided in his bundle.

Have you all considered that he can’t get his favourite type of chicken nuggets if we deport him? Think about his human rights!

Isn’t Albania a safe country? I know lots of people who go there on holiday. What are his grounds for seeking asylum?

    7. Legal folk will know better, but does a ruling like this set the precedent that battering someone almost to death has no bearing on asylum status?

    8. From the tribunal ruling regarding his victim:

      >The two had known each other for many years; their mothers were friends and neighbours.

Don’t be concerned, xenophobes of UK reddit, he attacked another Albanian. Surely this is the kind of chap some of you want in the country?

    9. The solution is not that difficult. Anyone who commits a crime of violence, drugs or against the state (including entering the country illegally), will be sent back their country of origin. No questions asked, no answers needed – sent back to their own country. I am PRO immigration, only we want quality immigrants, not criminals and thugs.

One of the most important institutions of the country is utterly corrupt with ideologically radicalised judges

    11. Maybe to prove his conclusion was sound. The judge should be required to provide board and lodgings to the guy for a year. That may have helped focus his decision making process.

Yet certain people will surprise Pikachu face that certain politicians are gaining popularity.

This man should have zero right to remain in this country or to ever return
