The shooting was absolutely real. A real person was killed. Nobody on earth would let a Coke bottle eyeglass wearing person take a shot at them from any distance. Did the Trump team use it as a campaign point? Yes, anybody would. Is Trump still the same asshole he has been even before Donahue and Letterman gushed over him in their show? Also yes.

I can’t stand Trump and wouldn’t put it past him to pull a fake stunt like that. Especially seeing as it pretty much sealed his victory with the fist pump. The main thing holding me back is why he would risk getting shot in the head? If it was a real bullet and the shooter was a little off he’s done for.
