It’d a good thing Carney definitely didn’t lie about this, right? I wonder when the private investment will be “catalyzed” as Carney said would happen when he cancelled the capital gains tax inclusion rate increase. We surely will be able to make up for all of that lost revenue once that money starts trickling down.
