      Eventually this will either back Fox News, or even they will have to give up defending Trump. Once more and more people realize that Trump is doing everything he can to bury this, and more information comes out about his connection to Epstein, they’ll 180 and burn him too. Then you’ll know for sure that Trump is completely fucked.

      The mass protests against Trump and his ‚administration‘ are great, they’re obviously newsworthy to say the least. However, the right don’t know about it or why it’s happening because the media they consume never speaks of it, or if they do it’s in a brief and/or negative light.

      Until you get American media to actually report the news you’re fucked. Fox got sued back in the day and in court they had to admit that they’re not actually news, they’re entertainment. Remove the news designation then. Call it Fox Entertainment with a bold font disclaimer stating its not news, it’s for the purposes of entertainment. Like the fucking WWE isn’t real wrestling (sorry maga).

      I mentioned the protests because I always thought they should have started at right wing media outlets. Until they report the actual news their lives should be **hell on earth**. Write your Congress. Tell them the biggest threat against America today isn’t Trump or his administration. It’s the MASS PROPAGANDA CAMPAIGN being waged on them in a 24 hour news cycle. That same propaganda that has Americans that consume it living in an alternate universe that can, and will, lead you directly into civil war under false pretenses.

      This may backfire on Fox News.

      We saw a part of that during the Big Lie. Of course, that was Fox News breaking with Trump’s commandments, but the result was that other up-and-coming propaganda arms like OANN and NewsMax started running with Big Lie content.

      We see this in the text messages released during the Dominion voting machine lawsuit.

      Tucker Carlson knew full-well that the Big Lie was indeed a lie, but he pointed out that other news networks runnign with it wer edigging deep into their viewership, and that fear of being overtaken lead to Fox runnign with the Big Lie.

      Something similar will happen here.

      Epstein is a massive, ongoing conspiracy theory. Other opportunists are giong to run with this even if Trump doesn’t want them to.

      There’s simply too much demand. And I think people have to realize that these people aren’t „loyal“ to Trump. They’re loyal to views.

      If Fox is actively suppressing a topic that there’s massive demand for, other opportunists looking for an edge are going to pick it up.

      I checked the Fox News homepage several times yesterday and there was not a single mention of Epstein.

      Their current focus is on „perhaps the biggest political scandal in U.S. history“ , Biden using an auto pen signature.

      Because of course it is.

      The Republican talking heads will all fall in line. even Alex jones who has – and is always – very vocal has tempered his responses and gave Trump an out claiming someone was blackmailing him… which is funny because in order to blackmail someone, you need something TO blackmail them with.

      I’m just shocked fox news lasted as long as it did.
