Do you have any visible teeth marks on your hand? With that size you would probably be able to see 2 tiny holes

For spiders you should definitely visit r/spiders. Though I can confidently say this is in fact a Mediterranean Recluse. I have seen them around as well here in Limassol, not a pleasant disvovery overall

Had one crawling on me as well a year ago, didn’t get bitten even after swooshing it! If you were bitten, keep the area very clean, if symptoms appear you can go to the doctor or ER.
