The property is fully leased to aerospace tenants. This is just one example of investors looking to capitalize on the boom in the space exploration sector’s real estate needs.

What advantage would a data center on the Moon have over one in Bumfuck, Iowa? You’ve got to power it (and solar won’t do you any good during 14 days of lunar night), you’ve got to heat *and* cool it, you’ve got to harden everything against radiation. The only possible reason to build a data center on the Moon is to support activities *on the Moon*.
