My state education department (Adult Education in CA) used to receive 729 million a year to assist underserved populations, create a stronger workforce and assist with new immigrants. This year we are getting a whopping $0. From 729 million to 0 in one year. This is a happening basically at every level in education in america.
Well there goes more small town school funding and special needs. Explain to me how someone that finds out they are having a special needs kid wouldn’t have an abortion? Seriously you’d have to quit work to take care of them.

No DoE means my federal loans are no longer valid per the promissory note am I right? Says right on them the contract is between the borrower and DoE and the DoE is the legal holding party of the loan. The Treasury is not the DoE.
Look i beat Navient and Sallie Mae years ago after they lost the promissory notes after selling them to their various shell companies then forged different ones when I asked for proof of ownership.

For the love of all that is holy, I am halfway through PSLF and just want to know what my freakin monthly payments are going to be and if it’s still getting forgiven after 10 years.
