Is the author *complaining* that broadcasters are being given *more* money, when the Broadcasters *are* able to attest to providing a *Broad Spectrum* of view points ? … that doesn’t seem like any Hill I would want to fight over.
Is the implication that there is a *wrong-ness* to inclusivity ?
As I read it, there was already a legally mandated multicultural coverage requirement which they haven’t been complying with, and rather than impose penalties, the CRTC is trying to bribe them into compliance.
